1. What is The Blossom Project?
The Blossom Project is a mentorship and personal development program designed to help young girls build confidence, develop leadership skills, strengthen emotional wellness, and grow into successful, empowered young women.
2. Who can join the program?
We currently serve middle & high school girls (Grades 6–12). Elementary components may be added as the program expands.
3. Is there a cost to join?
No. The Blossom Project is completely free for participants. We believe every girl deserves access to mentorship and empowerment without financial barriers.
4. Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held at partnered schools, community centers, or approved safe meeting locations. A detailed schedule and location will be provided after enrollment.
5. How often does the program meet?
Our program typically meets twice per week (Tuesday & Thursday), depending on the schedule of the school or community group we are working with.
6. What activities do the girls participate in?
Participants engage in:

7. Who leads the program sessions?
Sessions are led by trained women mentors and facilitators who are passionate about youth development. All mentors undergo screening, orientation, and background checks for safety.
8. Does my child need anything to participate?
Just a positive attitude! We provide journals, activity materials, and supplies as needed. Parents will be notified if special items are required for an event.
9. How do I enroll my child?
Parents can fill out our Digital Enrollment Form on the website or submit a paper form provided by their school or community partner.
10. How long does the program last?
The program runs in cycles, typically aligned with the school semester or season. Participants can re-enroll each cycle.
11. Can parents attend or observe sessions?
We value parent involvement and offer select events where parents are welcome. However, regular sessions are reserved for participants to ensure a private, safe space.
12. How can I donate or support the program?

13. How can I become a mentor?
Interested volunteers can complete our Mentor Inquiry Application online. After review, applicants will be contacted for an interview and background check.
14. Is transportation provided?
Transportation is not provided unless stated for specific events or outings. Parents will be informed in advance if transportation is arranged.
